We perform an Absentee Owner Home Check where we visit your home regularly and review the interior and exterior, providing you with peace of mind and showing you that your home is well cared for.

Having complete peace of mind when you are away from your home can be difficult. Not knowing what’s going on at all times can be stressful, and if you’re gone for an extended period, you will need someone to check in every so often. We are your eyes and ears when it comes to your home so you can enjoy your time away. When you come back, it’ll be as if you never left. No matter your needs, our main goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away from your home. Among other services, we visit your home at least once a week to inspect the interior and exterior, making sure everything is as it should be. Clients have shared how important having visibility so that is why we always send you a checklist and pictures after each visit.
